JavitaTech Affiliate Programme Terms — JavitaTech is a brand of Balakishore Enterprises, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“JavitaTech”, “we”, “us”).

These terms apply when you join the JavitaTech Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”) as a partner (“you”). They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read them before you apply. A plain summary is on the Programme page.

1. Joining

  • You must be 18 or older and able to receive payouts in Indian Rupees to an Indian bank account or UPI ID in your own name.
  • Apply through our website. We review applications within 2 working days and may accept or decline any application. One partner account per person.
  • Joining is free. You are not our employee, agent or franchisee, and you must not say that you are.

2. Your code and links

  • When approved, you get a personal partner code (for example RAVI10) and a dashboard with links that carry it. Keep your login private.
  • We may change a code that is confusing or inappropriate, with notice. Referrals already made with the old code stay yours.

3. When a referral is yours

  • Link memory. When someone opens a JavitaTech page through your link, our websites remember your code for 30 days. If they open another partner’s link before they enquire, the newer link counts.
  • Enquiry. A referral is recorded when the student enquires with your code: through a form on javitatech.com or training.javitatech.com after using your link, by typing your code, or by quoting it to us on WhatsApp or a call before they pay.
  • Credit. The partner whose code is on the student’s first enquiry in the 90 days before they enrol is credited, for any course the student pays for in that time.
  • A code shared after the student has paid cannot be added. Self-referrals (your own enrolment, or one by someone using your account) are not eligible.

4. Commission

  • Rate. 10% of each payment received from a student credited to you, excluding GST. From your 3rd paid student in a calendar quarter (January–March, April–June, July–September, October–December), 15% for that student and every later student in the same quarter. The rate for a student is fixed when they enrol and applies to all their payments.
  • What counts. Paid live courses and paid workshops. Free demos, free events and amounts that are refunded do not earn commission.
  • Rounding. Each commission line is rounded to the nearest rupee.
  • Students pay the same fee whether or not they use a code. Commission is paid by JavitaTech and never charged to the student or to the mentor.

5. Approval and payment

  • Each commission line is Pending until 30 days after the student’s enrolment, or until the payment date for a later instalment, whichever is later. It is then Approved, unless it is on hold because of a refund request or a dispute, or is Not eligible (with the reason shown).
  • Commission approved by the last day of a month is paid by the 10th of the next month, by UPI or bank transfer to the details in your dashboard. There is no minimum payout. If your payout details or PAN are missing, we hold the payment until you add them.
  • Your dashboard shows every enquiry, commission line and payout, and you can download a statement at any time.

6. Refunds and reversals

  • If a student is refunded under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, the related commission is Not eligible.
  • If a payment is reversed after we have paid you (for example a chargeback, or a referral found to be fraudulent), we may deduct that commission from your future payouts and will show this in your statement.

7. Taxes

  • We deduct tax at source (TDS) where the Income-tax Act requires it. At present this is 2% once the commission paid to you in a financial year is above ₹20,000, or 20% if you have not given a valid PAN. The deduction is shown in your statement.
  • Commission amounts do not include GST. If you are registered for GST, send us a valid tax invoice and we pay the GST on top.
  • You are responsible for declaring your income and paying your own taxes.

8. How you may promote JavitaTech

  • Clearly label every post, video, story or message that carries your link as “Ad”, “Partnership” or “Affiliate link”, as the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines and consumer-protection rules require.
  • Describe our courses accurately, as they appear on our website. Do not promise jobs, placements, salaries or interview calls, and do not say that a course gives an SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Google or other vendor certification.
  • Do not quote fees, discounts, offers, dates or mentors unless we have published them, and do not offer cashback, gifts or part of your commission to students without our written agreement.
  • Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, post fake reviews, buy clicks, or use pop-ups, misleading redirects or hidden links.
  • Do not bid on “JavitaTech” or close variations in search ads, and do not use our name, logo or anything like them in your domain, page name, account name or ads, except as we allow in writing.
  • Follow the law, including the Information Technology Act, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the TRAI rules on commercial messages.

9. Our name and materials

You may use the links, banners and texts we give you, without changes, only to promote JavitaTech under these terms. This permission ends when your partnership ends.

10. Students’ privacy

We never share students’ names, phone numbers or e-mail addresses with partners. Your dashboard shows only the date, course, source and status of each referral. Please send interested people to our pages with your link rather than collecting their details yourself.

11. Statements and disputes

If you think a line is wrong or missing, e-mail info@javitatech.com within 30 days of the date it appears (or should have appeared) in your dashboard. We will reply within 7 working days with the records we used: website records of the click and the enquiry, and our payment records.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, including the rates, by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail and in your dashboard. A rate change applies only to students who enrol after it takes effect: students who enrolled before keep their original rate for all their payments, including later instalments and commission not yet approved. Commission already approved is not affected. If you do not agree to a change, you may leave the Programme before it takes effect.

13. Ending the partnership

  • You may leave at any time by e-mailing us. We may end the partnership with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break these terms.
  • When the partnership ends, approved commission is paid, and commission for students who enrolled before the end date is paid once approved, except where the partnership ended because of fraud or a serious breach of section 8.

14. Liability

Our total liability to you under the Programme is limited to the commission due to you and not yet paid. You are responsible for your own promotions and will make good any loss JavitaTech suffers because of a breach of these terms by you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
