Apply in two minutes. We review every application within 2 working days. Once approved, you get a personal code (for example RAVI10) and a partner dashboard with a ready link for every course, the free demos and the live workshops.
10% of every payment a student you referred makes, excluding GST. From your 3rd paid student in a calendar quarter, it is 15% for that student and every student after them in the same quarter.
Example: on a course fee of ₹23,600 including GST (₹20,000 + GST), you earn ₹2,000 at 10%, or ₹3,000 at 15%.
Every paid live course and paid workshop on javitatech.com and training.javitatech.com. Free demos and free events do not earn commission, but a student who joins a free demo through your link and then enrols does.
For 30 days after the student clicks it, on both javitatech.com and training.javitatech.com. If the student clicks another partner’s link before they enquire, the newer link counts. A student can also type your code in the form, or quote it on WhatsApp.
The partner whose code is on the student’s first enquiry gets the credit, and keeps it for 90 days. If the student enrols within those 90 days, in any course, that partner earns the commission.
Every payment earns commission at the same rate. Each payment is approved 30 days after enrolment, or on the day it is paid if that is later.
A commission stays Pending for 30 days after enrolment, which covers our refund window. It is then approved automatically. Everything approved by the end of a month is paid by the 10th of the next month, by UPI or bank transfer. There is no minimum payout.
If the student is refunded under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, that commission is marked Not eligible, and you see the reason in your dashboard.
You see every enquiry made with your link or code: the date, the course, how it came and its status (enquiry, pending, approved, paid). To protect students’ privacy, we never show their names or contact details.
No. The fee is the same for every student. Your code only tells us that you referred them. Please do not promise discounts or cashback.
You cannot earn on your own enrolment. If you are a JavitaTech mentor, students you bring to your own batch are covered by your mentor terms, not by this programme.
We deduct TDS where the Income-tax Act requires it (at present 2% once your commission in a financial year is above ₹20,000, or 20% without a PAN), and you get the TDS details in your statement. If you are GST-registered, send us a tax invoice and we pay the GST on top of the commission.
Yes, on your own pages and channels. Do not bid on “JavitaTech” as a search keyword, do not name your page or account like ours, and always label promotions as Ad or Partnership.
Refer & Earn is now part of the Affiliate Programme, with the same rates. Your old code keeps working. Apply once with the same name to get your dashboard, and we will link your old code to it.
Write to info@javitatech.com within 30 days of the line appearing in your dashboard. We reply within 7 working days with the records we used.
E-mail us at any time. Commission already approved is still paid, and so is commission for students who enrolled before you left once it is approved.
