Welcome to JavitaTech. The websites javitatech.com and training.javitatech.com, our learning platform and our WhatsApp channel (together, the "Platform") are owned and operated by Balakishore Enterprises ("JavitaTech", "we", "us", "our"), Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By accessing the Platform, attending a demo session, enrolling in a batch, buying a recorded course, registering as a mentor, registering for placements or submitting a hiring requirement, you ("you", "learner", "user") agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation and Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Our services

JavitaTech provides live online technology training across 8 tracks — AI & Agentic AI; Data & Analytics; Development & Testing; Cloud, DevOps & Security; SAP Technical; SAP Functional; Salesforce, ServiceNow & Workday; and Business, Product & Design — for freshers and working professionals. We offer:

• Live online batches — instructor-led sessions on Zoom (or a similar platform) taught by working professionals, on weekday mornings or evenings or on weekends (IST), with recordings of every session, assignments, hands-on projects, academic questions answered live in the sessions, admin help on working days (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 7 PM IST) and interview preparation.
• Recorded courses (as and when listed) — a separate, self-paced product made only from complete, reviewed recordings, without live teaching or doubt support unless the product says so.
• Live project workshops (as and when listed) — focused, paid live sessions built around one practical outcome. Before booking opens, each workshop’s listing states its date, duration, the access and software you need, whether a recording is shared and the support included; cancellations and refunds follow section 11 of our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

All training is delivered online. We do not run classroom or in-person programs. Course names, durations, syllabi, schedules, mentors and prices are as described on the Platform or in writing at the time of enrollment and may be updated or improved from time to time. Batch hours and duration depend on the course and are stated on its page; the end date follows the classes per week and holidays.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll and make payments. If you are below 18, you may enroll only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, city and country) and to keep it up to date.
• Your learning-platform account, login credentials, session links, recordings and support channels are personal to you and for one user only. They must not be shared, transferred or resold. You are responsible for all activity under your account; if you believe your credentials have been exposed, tell us immediately at info@javitatech.com.

3. Free demo and enrollment

• Every live batch opens with one free live demo session (session 1). You may attend it without paying and enroll after it; from session 2 onwards, only enrolled (paid) learners may attend. A masterclass or workshop that JavitaTech may hold before a course starts is a separate event and never replaces the free demo session of the batch.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful realisation of the fee (or, where the instalment option applies, the first instalment) and our written confirmation on email or WhatsApp.
• Batches are subject to a minimum number of learners. If JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%. This applies whatever the reason for the cancellation, including a batch that does not reach the minimum number of learners; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Fees, pricing and payment

• Fees are quoted in writing (on WhatsApp or email) before you pay. Every fee we quote is the final amount you pay, including applicable GST. No fee is displayed as final until confirmed in writing.
• Payments are made in Indian Rupees through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking or wallets) or by bank transfer/UPI to our account, as communicated to you.
• The fee is paid after the free demo. For courses with more than 50 live hours, an instalment option is available — 50% at enrollment and the balance within 20–25 days of the first paid session — and the balance is due on the date communicated. Courses of 50 live hours or less are paid in full after the free demo, before the first paid session. Each course page shows its live hours and which option applies. Access to sessions, recordings and support may be suspended for unpaid balances, and certificates are issued only after full payment.
• International learners may pay in INR (or as we advise); any bank or currency conversion charges are borne by the learner.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. In summary: if you withdraw after enrolling, 15% of the total course fee is non-refundable; a withdrawal before paid classes begin is refunded minus that portion; after the batch starts, refund requests emailed to info@javitatech.com are accepted within 2 days of your first paid session (free demo sessions are not counted). We reply within 3 business days, and an eligible refund is completed within 15 business days of your request. If JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%. No refunds are issued for recorded courses once access has been granted, except where the content is not delivered.

6. Course access, recordings and delivery

• Session links, recordings, assignments and materials are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Paid students of a live batch get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full. If you pay in instalments, you keep the recording access agreed for your payment plan, and the one-year period starts on the date the fee is fully paid. If you enrolled before 3 October 2026, you keep at least the recording access you were told when you enrolled. Access to a self-paced recorded course is for the period stated at purchase.
• Every live session is recorded. By joining a live session you consent to being recorded. Recordings, slides and materials belong to JavitaTech and, after a review for publication rights, third-party material and student privacy, may be edited and sold as recorded courses or used in promotional clips, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• JavitaTech may reasonably change schedules, mentors, tools or content to maintain or improve program quality, and may reschedule sessions due to mentor availability, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control. A rescheduled session of a live course you have paid for is taught live at a later time — a recording is revision material and does not replace live teaching. If JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Self-paced recorded courses, sold separately, are delivered as recordings as described at purchase.
• You are responsible for your own laptop, internet connection and any tools, accounts or subscriptions the course requires; your mentor tells you what is needed before the batch starts. Practice-system requirements and access arrangements will be confirmed before paid enrolment.

7. Intellectual property and use of content

• All content on the Platform and in our courses — recordings, live sessions, presentations, curriculum, code samples, assignments, handouts, text, images, logos and the design of our websites — is the intellectual property of JavitaTech (Balakishore Enterprises) or its licensors.
• Course content is provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for your own learning only. You may view it on your own devices and take personal notes.
• Apart from your own work (see below), you must not record, download (except where expressly enabled), copy, share, publish, distribute, resell, upload to any server or network, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content or your access credentials, or use automated tools to extract content. Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund and may attract legal action.
• Your own work is yours to show. You may publish the code and work you create in the course — your exercises, the guided project and your capstone — on GitHub, in a portfolio or in job applications. Recordings, slides, handouts, curriculum documents and assessment questions supplied by JavitaTech stay private.
• Requests to reuse or republish any content must be sent to info@javitatech.com.

8. Linking to our websites

You may link to the home page of javitatech.com provided the link does not imply that JavitaTech endorses you or your products, does not misrepresent your relationship with us, does not use our logo in a distorted or altered form, and does not appear on a site that infringes any law or contains offensive material. We may require any link that breaches these conditions to be removed.

9. Learner conduct

You agree to interact respectfully with mentors, staff and fellow learners; not to disrupt sessions, misuse support channels, share session links with non-enrolled people, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; and not to approach mentors for private paid coaching outside JavitaTech during your batch. We may suspend or terminate access for misconduct without refund.

10. Certificates

A JavitaTech Certificate of Completion is issued on completing the batch — the live sessions, assignments and capstone project (for AI, Data, Cloud and Full Stack bootcamps) or the hands-on exercises and end-of-course assessment (for SAP courses). It is a certificate of training completion issued by JavitaTech; it is not a vendor certification (SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Google or any other) and not a university qualification. Vendor exams are taken separately at your own cost.

11. Interview preparation and placement referral — no job guarantee

Our live courses include interview preparation. Placement referral is separate and optional: if you register for it, we share your profile with a company only after you agree to that specific role. JavitaTech does not guarantee employment, placement, internships, interview calls or any specific salary or career outcome. Career results depend on individual effort, market conditions and employer decisions.

12. Mentors and hiring companies

• External mentor partners are independent partners, not employees: live courses are taught on a revenue-share basis, and live project workshops on compensation agreed separately in writing. Their engagement is governed by a separate mentor agreement; applying on the Platform does not create a partnership until that agreement is signed.
• Companies submitting hiring requirements may receive learner profiles free of charge — only profiles of learners who have agreed to that role — and agree to use them only for their own recruitment.

13. Promotions, offers and communications

From time to time we may run offers, referral rewards or promotions, each subject to the additional terms stated when it runs. We contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS about the services you asked for; permission you give with an enquiry covers that enquiry only. We send news about other courses, batches and offers only if you have separately agreed to receive it — for example by following our WhatsApp channel or asking us to keep you updated — and you can withdraw that permission at any time. Batch and demo dates are announced first on our WhatsApp channel, which you can follow if you wish. If you use an email address or number on a third party's network (for example your employer), you confirm you are entitled to receive our messages there.

14. Third-party trademarks and independence

SAP, ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Joule, AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, LangChain, Hugging Face and all other product names, logos and brands referenced on the Platform are trademarks of their respective owners. JavitaTech is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by any of them. References to these technologies are solely to describe the subject matter of our training.

15. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The Platform and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform, sessions or recordings will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for failures of third-party services (Zoom, internet providers, payment gateways) or matters beyond our reasonable control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, JavitaTech's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your enrollment or use of the Platform shall not exceed the course fee actually paid by you for the relevant course. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of income or opportunity.

16. Force majeure

We may delay, reschedule or cancel sessions or batches if we are prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including internet or power outages, platform failures, illness or unavailability of a mentor, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics or government action. In such cases we will reschedule the affected live sessions and teach them live at a later time; recordings remain revision material and do not replace live teaching. If JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JavitaTech (Balakishore Enterprises), its proprietor, mentors and staff from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform, course content or credentials.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; where a change materially affects an enrolled learner, we notify enrolled learners by email or WhatsApp. Terms applying to a batch you have already paid for do not change during that batch. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
