Welcome to JavitaTech. This website, javitatech.com, and our online course platform at courses.javitatech.com (together, the "Platform") are owned and operated by Balakishore Enterprises ("JavitaTech", "we", "us", "our"), Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By accessing the Platform, enrolling in a course, or making a payment, you ("you", "student", "user") agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Our Services

JavitaTech provides professional technology training programs in SAP and AI, including but not limited to SAP RAP, ABAP, and Agentic AI engineering. Each program includes recorded video sessions, daily mentor support (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Saturday), practical project work, and interview preparation, delivered through one of three learning modes:

• Offline Classroom — full-time, at our HITEC City campus (CWS One, Kondapur, Hyderabad)
• Online Weekday — Monday to Saturday, from anywhere in India
• Online Weekend — Saturday and Sunday, from anywhere in India

Course names, durations, syllabi, schedules, mentors, and mode availability are as described on the Platform at the time of enrollment and may be updated or improved from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll and make payments on the Platform. If you are below 18, you may enroll only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Enrollment & Account

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful realization of payment.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, email, mobile number) at the time of enrollment.
• Your course access, login credentials, and mentor/support channels are personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Course Fees, Pricing & Payment

• Course fees are as displayed on the Platform, communicated to you at the time of enrollment, or stated on the official Razorpay payment link shared with you after you confirm your course and learning mode.
• Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, and may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, or wallets as available at checkout.
• Where an advance/partial payment option is offered, the balance fee must be paid as per the schedule communicated at enrollment. Access to the program may be suspended for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary: a full refund is available if requested by email to students@javitatech.com within 48 hours of enrollment or first payment; no refunds are entertained thereafter.

6. Course Access & Delivery

Course access is delivered digitally as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Access to recorded content, the learning portal, and mentor support is provided for the duration specified for your course. JavitaTech may reasonably modify schedules, mentors, or content to maintain or improve program quality.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — including recorded videos, live and mentor sessions, presentations, code samples, assignments, handouts, and other materials — is the intellectual property of JavitaTech (Balakishore Enterprises) or its licensors and is provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for your own learning only.

You must not record, download (except where expressly enabled), copy, share, publish, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any course content or your access credentials. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may attract legal action.

8. Student Conduct

You agree to interact respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow students, and not to disrupt classes, misuse support channels, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. JavitaTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct.

9. No Job or Placement Guarantee

Our programs are designed to build real, job-ready skills and include interview preparation. However, JavitaTech does not guarantee employment, placement, internships, interview calls, or any specific salary or career outcome. Career results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.

10. Third-Party Trademarks & Independence

SAP, ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, Joule, and other SAP product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE (or its affiliates) in Germany and other countries. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on the Platform (including LangChain and other AI frameworks/tools) are the property of their respective owners.

JavitaTech is an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by SAP SE or any other such trademark owner. References to these technologies are solely to describe the subject matter of our training.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver accurate, high-quality training, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JavitaTech's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your enrollment or use of the Platform shall not exceed the course fees actually paid by you for the relevant course. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JavitaTech (Balakishore Enterprises), its proprietor, mentors, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform or course content.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
