A proposed sequence for mentors to review — not a confirmed syllabus. The mentor confirms the final topics, depth, prerequisites and hours before enrolment.
Proposed project: implement an evaluated SAP business assistant. The final project and the hands-on exercises depend on the curriculum agreed with the mentor and on the SAP system access available.
System access: hands-on work needs SAP BTP access with the SAP AI Core entitlements the curriculum requires, which can involve SAP charges. JavitaTech does not provide SAP tenants, BTP accounts, model access, credits or subscriptions. Practice-system requirements and access arrangements are confirmed before paid enrolment.
How it is taught: live online on Zoom with a mentor. Academic questions are answered live in the sessions. Paid live students get revision recordings for one year from full fee payment. Recorded courses are a separate product.

No batch dates are confirmed right now — upcoming live batches will be announced soon. Register interest in the courses you want and tell us the days and times that suit you. The courses with the most registered interest are scheduled first, and everyone who registered gets the batch dates, timing and a free demo invite on WhatsApp — before anyone pays.
Recorded videos are a separate, self-paced product, sold separately from live batches.
Paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full. Academic questions are answered in the live sessions. Class breaks for festivals and public holidays are announced with each batch. How we plan other batches: weekday batches run Monday to Friday, and Saturday classes are added only when the mentor and learners agree. A weekend-only batch is possible when that is what learners need; it has fewer classes a week, so it runs over more weeks. A course’s end date follows its live hours, classes per week and holidays, so different schedules finish on different dates — final dates are confirmed when a batch is matched with learners. Follow the WhatsApp channel for demo and batch announcements.

Our mentors are working professionals who teach the skills they use at work, live online. Batches run on weekday mornings or evenings, or weekends (IST), depending on the mentor and the learners. Each course has its own length, shown on its page — from about 40 live hours over 2 months to more than 200 hours for the longest full-stack track — and the end date follows the classes per week and holidays.
Partner with JavitaTech to teach complete live courses, deliver focused project workshops, or both. We review your expertise, teaching approach, practical setup and availability before agreeing an offering.
Tell us the role, skills and experience you need. We reply, and when suitable profiles are available we share them — only with each learner’s permission for your role. No placement fee.
Every batch runs live on Zoom with a working professional as your mentor, at a fixed slot that is confirmed with the batch. Academic questions are answered live in the sessions; there are no separate doubt sessions, email doubt support or WhatsApp study groups. Admin help (payments, joining links, access problems) comes from the JavitaTech team. Every session is recorded. Paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full.
Upcoming live batches will be announced soon. Our October free demos for SAP ABAP on S/4HANA and SAP ABAP Cloud / RAP with Fiori are complete, and no new batch date is confirmed yet. Tap Register interest on the course card you want and tell us the days and times that suit you — the courses with the most registered interest are scheduled first, and everyone who registered gets the batch dates, timing and a free demo invite on WhatsApp. We do not promise a date before a batch is matched. Each confirmed batch in the batch table opens with a free live demo session: you attend it, meet the mentor, see the curriculum and the teaching style, and pay only if you want to continue. For courses that are collecting interest, demo details are shared when a batch is confirmed. For the two SAP batches, the free demo registration is on Zoom: it is separate from a website enquiry and is complete only when Zoom confirms it.
A live course follows a complete curriculum with a scheduled batch — live teaching and practical assignments over weeks or months. A live project workshop is a focused session built around one practical outcome, such as building and deploying one app, over a few hours or sessions. A free demo or masterclass lets you experience the teaching before you decide.
No. A free demo is not a prerequisite for a workshop or a course, and you never have to buy a workshop before a course. Each is a separate choice — pick the one that fits you.
No. Registering interest saves an enquiry only. It does not reserve a seat, register you for an event or confirm a booking. The live project workshops are proposals: the mentor, schedule, prerequisites, access requirements and price are confirmed before booking opens, and we contact you when they are.
Multiple mentors with 3+ to 15+ years of real-time project experience in the course they teach — senior engineers, leads, architects and consultants who use these skills at work today.
Yes. All teaching is live online — there is no offline or classroom training. Self-paced recorded courses are a separate product, sold separately, without live teaching or doubt support unless a product says so; none is available to buy yet.
Depends on the course. Fresher-friendly courses (Python full stack, Java full stack, data analytics, Cloud & DevOps) start from the basics. Courses that need prior skills say so on the course card — for example, Agentic AI needs Python basics. Not sure? Message us and we will map your starting point.
A laptop (16 GB RAM recommended for AI and data courses), a stable internet connection and Zoom. Before the batch starts, your mentor shares the exact tools, accounts or subscriptions that course needs — most run on free tiers, and nothing is hidden.
Every course includes interview preparation: resume guidance, mock interviews, scenario questions and a project portfolio. Placement referral is separate and optional: register on our Placement Registration page, and when a company shares a suitable requirement, we contact you and share your profile only if you agree to that role. There is no job or placement guarantee.
Fees are shared in writing on WhatsApp, GST-inclusive, with no hidden charges. You pay only after the free demo of a confirmed batch. For courses with more than 50 live hours you can pay the full fee, or pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% within 20–25 days of your first paid session. Courses of 50 live hours or less — for example SAP ABAP Cloud / RAP with Fiori (40 hours) and SAP SuccessFactors EC with Time Off (45 hours) — are paid in full after the free demo, before your first paid session; they have no 50% option. Payment is by secure link, UPI, card or net-banking (international cards accepted).
If you withdraw after enrolling, 15% of the total fee is non-refundable: withdraw before paid classes begin and the rest is refunded; once paid classes begin, refund requests are accepted within 2 days of your first paid session; we reply within 3 business days and complete an eligible refund within 15 business days of your request. If JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Yes. Everything is live online, so you can join from India, the Gulf, the US, the UK, Europe or anywhere else. Confirmed timings are shown in IST (India time), and the batch table also shows your local time when your device uses another time zone. Tell us your time zone and the times that suit you when you register interest. Every session is recorded: paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full. Fees are shared in writing for your location.
Yes. You receive a JavitaTech Certificate of Completion when you complete the batch. What "complete" means depends on the track:
The certificate is issued digitally (PDF, shareable on LinkedIn), carries a unique certificate ID for verification, and states the course name, duration and completion date.
Disclaimer: the certificate is issued by JavitaTech (a brand of Balakishore Enterprises) and is a certificate of training completion. It is not an SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Google or any other vendor certification, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a substitute for those official certifications or any university degree. Where a course prepares you for a vendor exam (for example SAP certifications, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AZ-900 or PL-300), the vendor exam is taken separately and any exam fee is paid by you directly to the vendor. Certificates are issued only on completion — attendance alone does not qualify.
One short form. We contact you about suitable batch options. Your demo registration is confirmed only when you receive a separate confirmation for that session.
Tell us the course you're interested in — or pick "Not decided yet" and we will advise honestly.
We reply during working hours, Mon–Fri 9:30 AM–7 PM IST. This form saves an enquiry; it does not register you for a demo.
