Teach a complete curriculum to a scheduled batch through live teaching and practical assignments, over weeks or months. The live-course terms on this page apply.
Lead learners to one defined practical outcome in a few hours or sessions, with no full-course commitment. Workshop scope, preparation, delivery, support, recording use and compensation are agreed separately in writing before confirmation.
Teach a full course and lead a workshop. Each is agreed separately, and a workshop is never a required step before a course.
Introductory events. Every course batch opens with one free live demo session for learners (session 1). A new course can also be introduced with a free masterclass or a live project workshop; its format, duration, number of sessions, learner fee if applicable, and mentor compensation are agreed before it is announced, and it never replaces the batch’s free demo. “Free demo” describes the learner’s fee; it does not set your compensation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, a batch, a workshop, learner numbers or earnings. A workshop proposal is not approved, scheduled or guaranteed to run until it is confirmed in writing.
A copy of your application is on its way to your email.
Each course outline proposes live sessions in an example IST slot, a curriculum and a capstone with practical scenarios. Outlines are open to mentor applications; they are not confirmed batches. “Priority” shows the 15 courses and learning options we most want mentors for, and “Recruiting first” marks the courses where we are looking for mentors first — recruitment priorities, not launch dates. The curriculum, mentor, fee and timetable are confirmed before any batch is announced.
All 67 course outlines are open to mentor applications, and so are the proposed interest choices below. Questions? Add them in the last step of the application form.
The same eight career paths that students see. Choose the specific course or specialisation you can teach — choosing a career path does not mean you teach every specialisation in it. For Analytics Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering and AI Platform Engineering you describe the scope, prerequisites, projects, tools and hours you propose, for assessment.
Each workshop is built around one practical outcome. These 15 concepts are proposals: offer to lead one, or propose your own. Workshop scope, preparation, delivery, support, recording use and compensation are agreed separately in writing before confirmation.
A workshop must lead learners to a defined practical result — a product demo or a sales presentation is not a workshop. Learner access to software, tenants or licences is agreed in the workshop plan; JavitaTech does not supply tenants, licences or credits.
Choose what you would like to teach — a course, a workshop or both — add your topics or workshop plan and your availability, and share one teaching sample. An existing recording is fine. About 10 minutes.
We review your expertise, teaching approach, practical setup and availability from your application and teaching sample, and reply on WhatsApp.
If you are shortlisted, you may be invited to a short private assessment — separate from any public demo or workshop, and never a free public workshop. For a course, you walk us through projects you have delivered, share a session-wise plan, demonstrate the lab and capstone on your own setup and fix a problem we introduce live. For a workshop, you walk us through the outcome, agenda and learner exercises and show part of it working.
For a course batch, the minimum paid enrolment, confirmation deadline, timetable, revenue share and payment terms are agreed with you in writing. For a workshop, its scope, preparation, delivery, support, recording use and compensation are agreed in writing too. You get your setup ready.
We run the ads and enrolment. A course batch is confirmed when the minimum paid enrolment is reached by the agreed deadline; once it begins, you complete the agreed course and support. A workshop runs only after its terms and bookings are confirmed.
These apply to every live course batch once it is confirmed. A project workshop follows its own written plan: learner participation, troubleshooting and any review are defined there.
Live sessions of 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the course, in your agreed slot — Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat or weekends — with guided practicals and project reviews.
You demonstrate every practical live on your own setup. Students practise independently, and you clear their doubts in the sessions.
You demonstrate the capstone project in the course outline and its real-time practical scenarios, and guide students through them.
Once a batch is confirmed and begins, you complete the agreed course and support. Lower attendance in an individual session does not cancel that commitment.
Your timetable is finalised before the batch is announced. With 90-minute sessions, back-to-back 7 and 8 AM, or 8 and 9 PM, starts are not possible.
One lead mentor owns each batch, from the first session to the last.
For every course or workshop, you need all the tools, software access and subscriptions to demonstrate what you teach live, and you guide learners during the sessions. JavitaTech does not provide any tool or software access, subscriptions, tenants, licences or credits.
The form lists the setup your course needs — for example a SQL database, a cloud account or an SAP system. Tick what you have ready. For a workshop, you describe your environment and what learners need.
Show the core practical topics, the capstone and the practical scenarios working on your own setup — not just slides. Topics that need extra systems or licences are marked in the curriculum as demonstrations, walkthroughs or overviews.
In course batches, answer students’ academic questions in every live session — for example, in the last 10 minutes. There are no separate doubt sessions, no email doubt support and no WhatsApp study groups; the JavitaTech admin team handles admin help (payments, joining links, access problems). In a workshop, participation and troubleshooting follow the written workshop plan.
The live-course terms are set out here: the indicative revenue share and the way a batch is confirmed. The final terms for each batch are agreed with you in writing before that batch is confirmed. Project workshops and introductory events are agreed separately in writing before confirmation.
Indicative mentor revenue share: 30%–40% of course fees actually collected, excluding GST and adjusted for refunds. The final percentage is subject to assessment and written agreement before a batch is confirmed. This range applies to live course batches. It does not apply automatically to workshops or to sales of recordings, and it does not replace any separate written agreement.
The first part when your batch reaches its halfway point. The balance on the last working day of the batch.
Course fees include GST, which goes to the government first. Your share is worked out on the fees actually collected, excluding GST and adjusted for refunds. It is not a percentage of company profit after salaries, advertising and subscriptions are deducted.
JavitaTech sets a course-specific minimum paid enrolment before confirming each batch. The minimum, confirmation deadline, timetable, revenue share and payment terms are agreed with the mentor in writing. Once the batch is confirmed and begins, the mentor commits to completing the agreed course and support. Lower attendance in an individual session does not cancel that commitment.
If a proposed batch is not confirmed by the agreed deadline, any revised date or further availability commitment must be agreed separately.
All course sessions are recorded. JavitaTech owns the recordings and may sell them to students on its platform, and post free clips on social media to bring in new students. Before any recording is sold or used publicly, JavitaTech reviews it for publication rights, third-party materials and student privacy. Raw recordings never become public products automatically. Workshop recording use is agreed in the written workshop terms.
You need all the tools, software access and subscriptions to teach live, for a course or a workshop. JavitaTech does not provide any tool or software access, subscriptions, tenants, licences or credits.
Every course batch opens with one free live demo session for learners (session 1). A new course can also be introduced with a free masterclass or a live project workshop; its format, duration, number of sessions, learner fee if applicable, and your compensation are agreed with you before it is announced, and it never replaces the batch’s free demo. “Free demo” describes the learner’s fee; it does not set your compensation.
Workshop scope, preparation, delivery, support, recording use and compensation are agreed separately in writing before confirmation. Course revenue shares and payout milestones do not apply automatically to workshops, and no fixed fee, percentage, minimum earning or booking is promised.
Refunds follow JavitaTech's student refund policy. A student who takes a refund drops out of your batch count, and your share is settled on the students who stay.
The range is indicative: not every applicant is offered 40%. The final percentage depends on our assessment of your teaching capability and the agreed course scope. Submitting an application or a workshop proposal does not guarantee selection, a batch, a workshop, learner numbers or earnings.
The availability you give in your application helps us plan. It does not reserve your calendar indefinitely. Dates and timings are fixed only in the written terms for a specific batch or workshop.
Teach under your real name, your first name only or a screen name. Nothing is shared with your employer, and photos or profiles go public only with your consent.
Students’ academic questions are answered in the live sessions only — for example, in the last 10 minutes of each session. There are no separate doubt sessions, no email doubt support and no WhatsApp study groups. Admin questions (payments, joining links, access problems) go to the JavitaTech admin team. In a workshop, participation, troubleshooting and any review are defined in the written workshop plan.
Students do not share their screens in course sessions. They send work for review — a GitHub link (abapGit for SAP code) or files and screenshots — to the JavitaTech admin team by email, and you review it on your own screen in the next live class. Any other student communication also goes by email to the admin team. How learners take part in a workshop is defined in the workshop plan.
Do not promote your own business, or share your email, phone number or other contact details with students. Individual business promotion is against JavitaTech policy.
Not a job: this is an independent mentor partnership — live courses on revenue share, workshops on terms agreed in writing — with no salary, no employment contract and no fee to apply.
No. It is an independent mentor partnership: no salary, no employment contract and no fee to apply. Live courses are paid as a revenue share; workshop compensation is agreed in writing before a workshop is confirmed.
A live course follows a complete curriculum with a scheduled batch — live teaching and practical assignments over weeks or months. A live project workshop is a focused event built around one practical outcome, such as building and deploying one app, over a few hours or sessions. Neither is a required step before the other.
Yes. Choose “Standalone Live Project Workshop” as the first answer in the form. Workshop-only applicants do not need to commit to a full course, and the full-course questions and terms are not asked.
Every course batch opens with one free live demo session for learners (session 1). A full course always includes it. Beyond that there is no fixed number of demos: tell us whether you would also like to introduce the course with a free masterclass or a live project workshop — or agree the format with us. The format, duration, number of sessions, learner fee if applicable, and your compensation are agreed before it is announced, and it never replaces the batch’s free demo. “Free demo” describes the learner’s fee; it does not set your compensation.

For project workshops and introductory events, compensation is agreed separately in writing before confirmation — the course revenue share does not apply automatically. We do not guarantee learner numbers or earnings.
No. Submitting an application or a workshop proposal does not guarantee selection, a batch, a workshop, learner numbers or earnings. A workshop runs only after its scope, date, learner access, learner fee and compensation are confirmed in writing. The availability you give is preliminary and does not reserve your calendar indefinitely.
For live courses, in two parts, by bank transfer: the first when your batch reaches its halfway point, and the balance on the last working day of the batch. The payment terms for each batch are agreed with you in writing before that batch is confirmed. For workshops and introductory events, payment terms are agreed in writing before confirmation.
In writing, before anything is announced. For a course batch: the minimum paid enrolment, confirmation deadline, timetable, revenue share and payment terms. For a workshop: its scope, date, duration, preparation, learner access, support, recording use and compensation. For an introductory event: its format, duration, number of sessions, learner fee if applicable and your compensation.

Your own setup: all the tools, software access and subscriptions to demonstrate the core practical topics, the capstone and the practical scenarios live; topics that need extra systems or licences are marked in the curriculum as demonstrations, walkthroughs or overviews. JavitaTech does not provide any tool or software access or subscriptions. The form shows the setup list for your course. For a workshop, you also tell us what learners need — software, accounts, licences and expected costs — and who arranges their access. JavitaTech does not supply tenants, licences or credits.
You may be invited to a short private assessment. It is separate from any public demo, masterclass or workshop, and you are never asked to deliver a complete public workshop for free to be considered. For a course, you walk us through projects you have personally delivered — your responsibilities, design or configuration decisions, failures you handled and product versions. You share a session-wise plan covering prerequisites, practical exercises, assessments, the capstone and troubleshooting. Then you demonstrate the complete lab and capstone on your own setup, fix a problem we introduce live, and confirm your batch schedule and assignment reviews. For a workshop, you walk us through its outcome, agenda, learner exercises and your environment, and show part of it working.
In course batches, in the live sessions only. Keep time in each session for questions — for example, the last 10 minutes. There are no separate doubt sessions, no email doubt support and no WhatsApp study groups, and students do not contact you directly. Admin questions (payments, joining links, access problems) go to the JavitaTech admin team. In a workshop, participation, troubleshooting and any review are defined in the written workshop plan.
We watch one existing recording of you teaching — a course lesson, demo, masterclass or workshop; 15–20 minutes or more works best. We look at how clearly you explain and demonstrate, your pace and how you handle questions. One sample is enough: you do not need to record a new video or send several. The assessment is separate from any public event. We use it only to assess your application, unless you separately tick the optional box that allows promotional use of excerpts you approve.
It depends on the course: each course has its own number of live sessions of 60 or 90 minutes, shown on its course page — Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat or weekend batches (Sat & Sun). Each course card shows its outline; the slot on the card is an example planning preference. A batch’s end date follows its live hours, sessions per week and holidays.
Yes. The slot on each course card is an example planning preference. In the form you can tick any example slot — 7, 8 or 9 AM, or 7, 8 or 9 PM IST, on Mon–Fri, Mon–Sat or Sat & Sun — or add your own days and time range. Weekend-only mentors are welcome. Give at least one. What you give is preliminary: the timetable is agreed with you in writing before a batch is confirmed.
Yes — one main course and one optional second course. Pick at least one slot for each, and make sure the two do not overlap.
No. Tick the main topics and sub-topics you can teach well, plus the capstone or at least one practical scenario. This helps us match you to the right course.
JavitaTech. Recordings may be sold to students on our platform, and short clips may be posted free on social media to promote batches. Before any recording is sold or used publicly, JavitaTech reviews it for publication rights, third-party materials and student privacy. Raw recordings never become public products automatically. The 30%–40% range is for live batches; it does not apply automatically to recording sales. Workshop recording use is agreed in the written workshop terms.
Yes. Choose "Screen name only" in the form. Students see only the name you choose, your legal name and contact details stay private, and we never share your details with your employer. A screen name cannot make you fully anonymous: your voice — and your camera, if it is on — appear in session recordings, which JavitaTech may sell or use in short promotional clips as set out in the mentor agreement.
Yes. The only limits are that you do not reuse JavitaTech curriculum or recordings, do not approach JavitaTech students or leads, and do not promote your own business in JavitaTech sessions.
Still have a question? Add it in the last step of the application form.
Keep a link to a teaching sample ready — an existing recording is fine. The form takes about 10 minutes.
