Bala Kishore Badita — Founder & Director. An SAP technical delivery specialist with 15+ years and 15 end-to-end implementations across India, the Gulf, Africa and Europe, Bala also founded Javita Consultancy, the SAP delivery firm whose engineers form the backbone of JavitaTech's mentor team. He built JavitaTech after years of interviewing graduates who held certificates but could not build anything — and decided training should look like a delivery floor, not a lecture hall.

Interview preparation in every batch and an optional placement registration for learners. Companies can share requirements free of charge; we reply and share matching profiles when available, only with each learner’s permission.
Working professionals can apply to teach live batches as external mentor partners, on the revenue-share terms set out on our mentor page and agreed in writing for each batch.
Instructor-led sessions on weekday mornings or evenings, or weekends (IST). Every session is recorded. Paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full.
Core practical topics include hands-on exercises; topics that need additional systems or licences are marked in the curriculum as demonstrations, walkthroughs or overviews. Before the batch starts, your mentor tells you exactly which tools, accounts or subscriptions the course needs.
Academic questions are answered in the live sessions. There are no separate doubt sessions, email doubt support or WhatsApp study groups; admin help (payments, joining links, access) comes from the JavitaTech team.
Resume guidance, mock interviews and question banks in every batch. Placement referral is separate and optional: we share your profile only for a role you agree to, and there is no job guarantee.

Every batch opens with a free live demo session. Meet the mentor, see the curriculum and the teaching style, then decide. After the demo, only enrolled students continue.
Fees in writing on WhatsApp, GST-inclusive, no hidden charges, paid after the free demo. Courses with more than 50 live hours: pay in full or 50% to start and the balance within 20–25 days; courses of 50 live hours or less are paid in full. Our refund terms are published, not hidden: 15% is non-refundable if you withdraw, and if JavitaTech cancels a batch, all fees paid are refunded in full, including the 15%.
