JavitaTech (javitatech.com) — a brand of Balakishore Enterprises
Last updated: 8 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Balakishore Enterprises, operating under the brand JavitaTech ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit javitatech.com or training.javitatech.com, enquire about a course, attend a free demo session, enroll in a live online batch, buy a recorded course, register as a mentor, register for placements or submit a hiring requirement.

We handle personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). By using our websites or services you consent to the practices described here. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiries and demo registrations: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, city and country, the course you are interested in, your preferred schedule (days, times and time zone) and, if you choose to tell us, your location, preferred start, experience, goal, preferred learning format and budget.
  • Enrollment details: course and batch, mode (live online weekday or weekend, or a recorded course), educational or professional background you choose to share, and the identity details we need for your certificate.
  • Learning-platform account: the username and password you create on our learning platform, your progress, assignment submissions and support questions.
  • Mentor registrations: name, email, WhatsApp number, skill area, course you can teach, years of experience, availability, LinkedIn profile, intro or teaching video links, CV, how you want to be shown to students, and — once you are onboarded — PAN, bank details and GST registration for payouts and tax compliance.
  • Placement registrations: your resume, skills, experience, preferred roles and locations, and the permission you give for each specific role before we share your profile with that company.
  • Hiring requirements: company name, contact person, work email, phone, roles, positions and experience band.
  • Affiliate partners: if you apply to our Affiliate Programme, your name, email, WhatsApp number and how you plan to promote us; once you are approved, your payout details (UPI ID or bank account, PAN, and GSTIN if any), which we store encrypted and use only to pay you and to meet tax rules.
  • Communications: messages, enquiries and feedback sent to us by email, phone, WhatsApp, website forms or social media.

Payment information

  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, or by direct bank transfer/UPI where you choose that option. Card, UPI and net-banking credentials are collected and processed directly by the payment provider on its PCI-DSS compliant systems.
  • We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. We receive only transaction confirmations and references (amount, transaction ID, payment status) and the details required to issue a GST invoice.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our websites.
  • Learning-platform activity such as video watch progress, quiz and assignment results, and login history.

Live-session data

  • Our training is delivered live over Zoom (or a similar platform) and every session is recorded. A recording captures the mentor's screen, voice and camera, and may also capture the voice, camera, display name and chat messages of participants who choose to unmute, switch on their camera or type in chat.

2. Recordings of live sessions — please read this carefully

  • Every live session is recorded. Recordings are made available to the paid students of the batch for revision, for one year from the date each student’s fee is paid in full (see section 6 of our Terms and Conditions).
  • Recordings, slides, curriculum and course materials are the property of JavitaTech. Recordings of live batches may be edited and sold as self-paced recorded courses to learners who buy recorded courses only, and used in short clips to promote our courses.
  • By joining a live session you consent to being recorded for these purposes. If you do not want your voice, camera or name to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and your microphone muted, and use a first name or screen name as your display name. Academic questions are answered in the live sessions, so anything you say or type in the session chat may appear in the recording. Before a recording is sold as a recorded course or used publicly, we review it for publication rights, third-party material and student privacy, and we remove or edit out identifiable student video, names and chat wherever it is technically feasible.
  • Recordings and course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may download materials where we expressly enable it, such as a curriculum PDF. Screen-recording, copying, sharing or reselling recordings or materials is prohibited and results in cancellation of access without refund, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Your own work — your exercises, guided project and capstone — is yours to publish (section 7 of our Terms and Conditions).
  • Mentors: your name, voice and camera appear in recordings and, unless you choose a screen name, may appear in course listings; the mentor agreement you sign before your first batch sets this out.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries, schedule free demo sessions and share batch dates and fees.
  • To process enrollment and payments, issue GST invoices and receipts, and handle refunds.
  • To deliver our services: live session links, recordings, assignments, learning-platform access, certificates and support (Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 7 PM IST) by email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • To onboard, pay and comply with tax rules for mentors (including TDS under Section 194J and GST).
  • To share a placement-registered profile with a company — only after you agree to that specific role.
  • To send service updates, schedule changes, payment confirmations and receipts.
  • To send news about other courses, batches, demos and offers — only if you have separately agreed to receive it. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for promotional messages.
  • To improve our courses, website and learner experience, and to maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4. Your account and login credentials

  • Your learning-platform account is for one person only. Sharing your username and password, or allowing several people to use one login, is not permitted and may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your credentials or payment details have been exposed or misused, tell us immediately at info@javitatech.com. Choose a password that is not obvious and change it periodically.
  • Registration details you give us must be true and complete, and it is your responsibility to keep them up to date — especially the email and WhatsApp number we use for session links and receipts.

5. Messages we send you

  • We contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS about the things you asked for (demos, batches, sessions, payments, support). When you submit an enquiry, your permission to contact you covers that enquiry only.
  • We send news about other courses, batches and offers only if you have separately agreed to receive it — for example by following our WhatsApp channel or asking us to keep you updated — and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
  • Batch and demo dates are announced first on our WhatsApp channel; following the channel is optional.
  • If you give us an email address or number on a network owned by a third party (for example your employer or institution), you confirm you are entitled to receive our messages there. We may stop sending messages to that address if that third party asks us to, even if you subscribed.
  • Reply "STOP", use the unsubscribe link, or write to us to opt out of promotional messages at any time. Service messages about a batch you are enrolled in continue for the duration of that batch.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Your mentor and batch coordinators — name, email and WhatsApp number of enrolled learners, so sessions, assignments and doubts can be handled.
  • Payment providers (Razorpay and banks) — for secure payment processing, refunds and reconciliation.
  • Service providers who help us operate — Zoom or a similar meeting platform, our learning platform, website hosting, email/WhatsApp/SMS tools and analytics services — strictly to provide services to us and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Hiring companies — only for people who register for placement referral, only for a role they have agreed to, and only the profile details they agree to share.
  • Affiliate partners — if you reach us through a partner's link or code, that partner sees the date, course and status of your enquiry and the commission it earned. They never see your name, phone number, email or payment details.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. We may use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google or Meta) to measure our ads and show relevant ones. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work fully without them.

When you open a partner's link, a cookie named jt_ref remembers the partner's code for 30 days on javitatech.com and training.javitatech.com, so the partner can be credited if you enquire.

8. Data retention

  • Enquiry and demo-registration data: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you enroll.
  • Enrollment, payment, invoice and certificate records: as long as needed to deliver your course, and thereafter as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes (typically 8 years for financial records under Indian law).
  • Batch recordings: available to each paid student for one year from the date the fee is paid in full; retained by JavitaTech thereafter as course content.
  • Mentor and placement data: for the duration of the relationship and as required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to remove your placement registration at any time.

Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — secure hosting, access controls, encrypted connections and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; you share information at your own discretion, and you are responsible for the security of your own devices and login credentials.

10. International learners and data transfers

Our services are run from India and your data is stored and processed in India and with the service providers named above, some of whom may process data outside India. Sessions run in IST and are recorded, so paid students in other time zones can watch them. By using our services from outside India you consent to this processing.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer provide access to a batch or recordings, and we may need to retain some records for legal and tax reasons. To exercise these rights, write to info@javitatech.com from your registered email address. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timelines prescribed by law.

12. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Learners below 18 may enroll only through a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this policy on their behalf.

13. Third-party links

Our websites may link to third-party sites and services (for example social media pages, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date; where a change materially affects how we use recordings or your data, we will also notify enrolled learners by email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our websites or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
