Two parts by bank transfer: the first after half the sessions, the balance after the last session, once recordings and materials are handed over. Every payout comes with a statement showing students, fee and share.
Course fees include 18% GST, which goes to the government first. Your share is calculated on the fee after GST and gateway charges. If you are GST-registered, invoice us with GST; if not, no GST on your invoice.
10% TDS under Section 194J is deducted at payout and deposited against your PAN. You receive Form 16A every quarter and claim it in your return.
Once a student enrolls, 15% of the fee is non-refundable. Withdrawing before the paid classes begin returns the rest; after the batch starts, refunds are accepted only within 7 days of the student's first paid session (the two free demo sessions are not counted) and paid out minus the 15% of the total course fee. After that window there are no refunds. A refunded student simply drops out of your batch count, so your share is settled on the students who stay. The 15% retained from a refunded student is kept by JavitaTech to cover enrollment and processing costs — it is not part of the mentor share.
Every batch opens with two free live sessions. Students attend session 1 and session 2 without paying and enroll after either one; from session 3 only enrolled (paid) students continue. You teach both as normal sessions — they count toward the batch hours, and they are the best advertisement for your batch. Students may also pay 50% at enrollment and the balance within 20–25 days; your two-part payout already accounts for this.
Sessions are recorded. Recordings, slides and curriculum belong to JavitaTech and may later be sold as self-paced courses. Your batch share is your full compensation for the live delivery.
Choose real name, first name only, or a screen name. Photos and profiles go public only with your written consent. Nothing is shared with your employer, ever.
No. It is an independent mentor partnership on revenue share. No fixed salary, no employment, and no exclusivity outside your JavitaTech batch.
It depends on the course. Sprints and single-skill bootcamps run 35–45 hours over about 45 days; full-stack and multi-module programs run 60–120 hours over 2–4 months. Weekday batches run in the mornings or evenings; weekend batches run on Saturday and Sunday mornings or evenings. The hours and duration for your course are in the curriculum you receive after registering.

No. JavitaTech fills the batch. If you do bring students with your referral code, you earn a higher rate on each of them. The exact rate is in the terms sheet you get on WhatsApp.
Yes. During our first interaction — the intro call within 24 hours of registering — the JavitaTech team shares the full curriculum for the course you named, along with reference material. You then confirm whether you can handle the course as designed, or suggest changes; nothing is scheduled until you say yes.
Yes. Sessions 1 and 2 are free for students — they meet you, see the curriculum and your teaching style, and enroll after the first or the second session. From session 3 only enrolled (paid) students attend. Your share is calculated on the students who enroll, and JavitaTech settles it after the refund window closes.
15% of every fee is non-refundable. Students who withdraw before paid classes begin get the rest back; after paid classes begin, refunds are only possible within 7 days of the student's first paid session. A refunded student drops out of your batch count, and the 15% retained on that refund stays with JavitaTech (it is not shared with the mentor). Nothing else changes.
The batch still runs. Every session is recorded, and clips from it promote your next batch. If a batch starts small, we agree a minimum payout with you before session one, so you never teach for nothing.
Yes. Pick "screen name" on the form. Students see the name you choose, and JavitaTech never publishes your photo, profile or employer.
JavitaTech. Sessions are recorded for students and may be sold later as self-paced courses. Your live batch share is your full compensation, and this is stated in the mentor agreement you sign before your demo is recorded.
Not for a batch that has started — your share for a running batch is fixed on day one. For future batches JavitaTech may revise terms with 30 days' notice, and you always see the terms before you agree to a batch.
Yes. The only limits are that you don't reuse JavitaTech curriculum or recordings, and don't approach JavitaTech students or leads.
